for multiple orders are calculated at the CheckOut stage
and applied to the order. This discount varies depending

In the unlikely
event of your order being lost or damaged in transit,
claims must be made in writing. In the case of
non-delivery, please wait 10 days in case it has been
delayed. Damaged goods received by you must be retained
in case we need to arrange for return and inspection.

Returns and
Refunds
Please note that no returns are accepted unless they
have been agreed by email beforehand. If returns are
made without this contact being made your chosen course
of action (refund/replacement) may be delayed.
Should your item(s)
be received in a damaged condition you must notify us on
service@philread.org within 3 days of receipt of
your order.
Postage and
packing will not be refunded. It is the customer's
responsibility to return the goods to philread.org at
their expense.
These terms do not
affect your statutory rights.
Your right to
cancel and claim a refund
Under the Distance
Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your
order and claim a full refund at any time after you
place your order and up to seven working days after you
receive the goods. If you wish to do this please
contact us. We will make the refund as soon as
possible and in any event within 30 days.
Subject to
satisfactory inspection of the goods by us, we will
refund you for the product.
Any returned
product must be complete, unused and in 'as new'
condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine
the product you must have done so without damaging or
marking the product or packaging in any way). It should
be returned with the original box, packing and
accessories.
